PERFECT CHEESECAKE

                                             CHEESECAKE Ingredients :  Digestive Crumbs    -300g Butter.                      -1/2cup(113g) Cream Cheese.          -16 oz -(450g)Room Temp Sour cream                 -1 1/4 cup (285g)(room temp) Sugar                         - 3/4cup(150g.) Lemon Juice             - 1 1/2 tbsp All-purpose Flour       -3tbsp-(24g.) Vanilla extract             -1tsp Egg.                             -3 PREPARATION : 1.  To make the crust: In a food processor or a Ziploc bag, crush digestive crumbs cookies into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined.
