YUMMY AND TASTY CANTHARI CHICKEN
Recipe on my you tube channel : KanthariChicken Ingredients : Chicken -300g Lemon juice -1/2 tbsp Crushed Black Pepper -1/2 tsp Salt -1/2 tsp Coconut oil / Olive oil - 3 tbsp Onion -1 medium size Canthari ( bird's eye chilli -15 A handful of coriander leaves Fennel seeds -1/2 tsp Coriander powder -1 tbsp Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp Turmeric powder -1/4tsp Water -1/2 cup Salt to taste Few curry leaves PROCEDURE 1 - First we clean and wash the chicken and cut into small pieces.Then we take a bowl add chicken 300g , crushed pepper -1/2tsp ,lemon juice- 1/2tbsp, salt -1/2tsp mix them well , keep it into side for half an hour . 2 - Grind the canthari (bird's eye chilli -15),a hand of coriander leaves ,fennel seeds .
