ingredients: 

- 1 apple 
- 1 egg
- Vanilla sugar 7 gr
- sugar 60 gr
- 60 ml of sunflower oil
- 150 ml milk
- 150 g flour
- 8 g baking powder
- 1 tbsp vinegar 
- A pinch of salt

Steps :
- Grease the pan with butter
- Sprinkle with sugar
- Cut 1 apple into rings
- Remove the core of the apple from a plastic bottle with a cork 
-  In a different bowl ,add 1 egg, vanilla sugar 7 gr , sugar 60 gr ,and beat until well combined
- Add 60 ml of sunflower oil ,150 ml milk, mix well.

- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and gently mix for a few seconds

- Sieve 150 g flour and 8 g baking powder whisk for one minute ,then add 1 tbsp vinegar

- Pour the cake batter in the previously prepared pan.

- Cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, covered 
- Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes
