INGREDIENTS
Beef liver -500gm
Onion -2 medium size
Ginger- big size
Garlic -5-6 cloves
Green chili -3
Curry leaves
Red chili powder -1 tbsp
Coriander powder -1 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Pepper powder -1tsp
Fennel powder -1tsp
Salt
Coconut oil
Hot water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. For preparing the spicy delicious dish, first cut Beef liver into small cubes. Wash in vinegar and water and drain well.
2. Grind coarsely the onion, Ginger, Garlic and green chilis, Curry leaves.
3. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add mustard and when it sputters add the crushed onion,ginger ,garlic mixture and saute well. Add Curry leaves too.
4. Add the red Chilly powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Pepper powder,Fennel powder and Garam masala powder and fry well. Saute the masal in very low flame otherwise the masala will get burnt
5. Add liver pieces and mix well.
6. Add water and allow to cook till water dries up.
