Beef Liver Pepper Fry

Beef Liver Fry is an awesome and delicious accompaniment with hot rice. The spicy and flavorful Beef Liver Fry is a tempting irresistible dish. The dish is unique and special with cooked beef pieces roasted in a spicy  masala. Beef Liver is rich in protein and other vital nutrients required for body. Preparing Time --30 minutes


INGREDIENTS

Beef liver -500gm

Onion -2 medium size

Ginger- big size

Garlic -5-6 cloves

Green chili -3

Curry leaves 

Red chili powder -1 tbsp

Coriander powder -1 tbsp

Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp

Garam masala -1 tsp

Pepper powder -1tsp

Fennel powder -1tsp

Salt

Coconut oil

Hot water


INSTRUCTIONS

1. For preparing the spicy delicious dish, first cut Beef liver into small cubes. Wash in vinegar and water and drain well.


2. Grind coarsely the onion, Ginger, Garlic and green chilis, Curry leaves.


3. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add mustard and when it sputters add the crushed onion,ginger ,garlic mixture and saute well. Add Curry leaves too.


4. Add the red Chilly powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Pepper powder,Fennel powder and Garam masala powder and fry well. Saute the masal  in very low flame otherwise the masala  will get burnt



5. Add liver pieces and mix well.


6. Add water and allow to cook till water dries up.


7. Heat oil in a kadai. Stir in the cooked beef liver pieces and fry on a low flame till it is fried well. Note that the masala coats the pieces well.


8. The dish is ready. Kids love the dish and the protein rich dish is good for growing up kids. The dish goes well with rice for noon day meals. Enjoy the dish.
