Simple and Delicious Kuttanadan Duck Curry   Ingredients: Duck – 1 kg Ginger – 1 big piece (Crushed) Green chilly – 3 Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Pepper powder – 1 tsp Curry leaves salt to taste Onion – 1 big (Thinly sliced) Ginger – 1 small piece (Crushed) Garlic – 10 fat cloves (Crushed) Green chilly – 4 Curry leaves Tomato – 2 (Chopped) Coconut milk Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp Garam masala – 1 tsp Salt Oil Steps: Add duck along with curry leaves, green chilly, ginger, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt to a pressure cooker. Loosely close the cooker and wait for the duck to release moisture. Cook on low heat. Once the moisture is released, close the cooker and pressure cook for 1 whistle on high flame.
