PERFECT CHEESECAKE
CHEESECAKE Ingredients : Digestive Crumbs -300g Butter. -1/2cup(113g) Cream Cheese. -16 oz -(450g)Room Temp Sour cream -1 1/4 cup (285g)(room temp) Sugar - 3/4cup(150g.) Lemon Juice - 1 1/2 tbsp All-purpose Flour -3tbsp-(24g.) Vanilla extract -1tsp Egg. -3 PREPARATION : 1. To make the crust: In a food processor or a Ziploc bag, crush digestive crumbs cookies into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press into bottom of 7-inch (18cm) springform pan. place in freezer for 30 minutes. 2. In a large bowl Cream cheese 450g, whisk just until creamy , use lowest speed. 3. Then add 1/4 cup sour cream , powdered sugar 3/4 cup ,lemon juice, all purpose flour and vanilla extract beat until smooth ( do not over mix at any point in this recipe) set aside. 4. In a bowl beat eggs (whisk them lightly
